About

Andrzej Siedlecki standing in a grey studio

I like building what lets people work well together.

I’m Andrzej — an HR and people-development specialist from Poland. I started as a volunteer in 2016, and by 2021 I was leading an international department of 35 people and a network of more than 65 partner organisations across the EU.

Since then I’ve worked inside a Polish ministry, in Brussels on a European Citizens’ Initiative, and for almost three years at the International Organization for Migration (UN) in Warsaw, supporting the US Refugee Admissions Program.

I hold a master’s-level degree in Human Capital Management and Psychology in Management. What connects it all is simple: I like building the structures that let people do good work together — and doing it in more than one language.
